Rules for using KARXY's AI study-preparation guidance and consultation routing.

1. Service scope
KARXY provides Korean study-preparation information, school and cost tools, official-source AI guidance, and routing to a human operator or independent partner.
2. AI limitations
AI output is general information and does not guarantee admission, a visa, status of stay, or any administrative result. Verify current requirements with the school, mission, immigration authority, or a qualified professional before filing.
3. Consultation and partners
KARXY is not a law firm, administrative-scrivener office, school, or government body. Case-specific drafting, filing, representation, and paid professional work require a separate engagement and fee notice with a qualified partner.
4. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate and lawful information.
- Do not enter unnecessary passport, bank, or immigration-document details in chat.
- Confirm deadlines and filing requirements with official authorities.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Fake or altered documents, illegal employment, visa guarantees, or evasion requests
- Uploading another person's data or documents without authority
- Attacks, scraping, limit bypass, or malicious-file uploads
6. Attachments
Attachments may be held temporarily for security checks and OCR. KARXY is not an archival repository; keep your own originals.
7. Beta operation and changes
The service is in beta. KARXY may modify or suspend features for safety, legal, vendor, or operational reasons and will notify material changes affecting user rights where required.
